本节开讲如何搭建PPTP和L2TP，本人大便犯不熟悉其他版本的linux，先做个Debian/Ubuntu教程。

首先先引入名称解释。
IPSec，神马是IPSec就是互联网协议加密（Internet Protocol Security）滴缩写。加密和认证以保护通讯安全的协议。
L2TP则是对IPSec包装传输的穿隧协议（Tunneling Protocol）。L2TP本身是不加密只有结合IPSec才能实现VPN。
Openswan是Linux下实现的IPSec的工具。
